Hello... I want a wordpress plugin where an admin can create a form with unlimited fields, text boxes, titles etc..(something like cforms). When the form is created it will be shown on the main blog using a wordpress shortcode or function. The users will fill up the form and the submission is send to the admin and once he approves the submission, the user details will be shown on the main blog More details through PM Only. Lowest bids will be given more preference
