Customise SCM Player

Hi,
I'm helping a charity build an site for publish their podcast online.
So I want yo use the the SCM Music Player to stream content from YouTube as they can't afford the bandwidth required for self hosting audio,

However, a bit of customisation is required.
I don't have the time do it myself so I'm willing to pay someone for few modification to the script!

I need the player to get the list of YouTube url from a MySQL database depending on the query i.e. dynamic playlist.

For example: if the visitor go to example.com/player?w=7
the player should lookup database to create a dynamic playlist on the fly for week 7

Second requirement is if the YouTube video don't play properly for some reason... it should be able to fallback to mp3 audio

So basically for each clip, there is a YouTube video and a MP3 version of the clip is stored in the server. So if the YouTube version don't work for some reason (country restriction/copyright issue...) it should stream, the audio from the server.
