To present photographic work, I would like to customize a grid based wordpress theme.
Here some details:
Starting with a grid page which has got the name and a navigation line of different categories on top,
each grid image reveals basic information about the image (or series of the image or imbedded video)
by hovering over it.
Clicking on a grid image, it links to an enlarged view of the same images in the same window,
while the name and the categories on top stay in place,
the enlarged view also allows for browsing through a set of image connected to one grid referece, on hover the cursor tuns into left/right arrows.
Both, the grid view and the enlarged browse view adjust dynamically to the seize of the browser window.
There is then one more basic link into the same window that reveals contact details and information about the site.
A 'responsive' theme needs to be provided still, the website needs to be cross browser, smart phone and tablet compatible.
A CMS must be included, ideally it allows to arrange the images on the grid page easily (homepage).
The CSS needs to be readable, not shorthand, so that basic design elements like fonts (seize/weight) can still be amended later.
