Design circle using javascript jquery html css

Project Description:
hi
I need a nested circle architecture like 1 circle having all alphabetic than if i am going to select 'a' or may be 'E' than inner circle will come with dynamic data like English,European etc.
after that if i am going to select English den again one inner circle open and having the static option like DRAMA MUSIC SADI etc etc..
in this three circle we can make first and third circle static but must apper when they needed and 2nd circle is dynamic.....
if any dougt feel free to ask text not come inside the circle text must be as an arc on the circle.
