Project Description:
I am looking for an expert to develop something similar to list Plexo list voting functionality on squidoo. I need the ability to create lists and then have people vote each item on the list up or down.

Requirement of the script/plugin
- User can only vote if they login to my wordpress site either via wordpress login or fb connect
- Users can vote up and down each item
- The list should dynamically change based on each user interaction and votes to date
- Commenting to the list should be configurable to avoid spam.
- User if logged in should be able to submit their own item for listing but have to be approved by the admin to go LIVE as part of the list
Implementation
- I should be able to create new lists and place on my wordpress blog either via a plugin or a script
