The following changes need to be made to my current website HometownBound.com
I have uploaded some files to show a guideline of how I would like things done. I have a budget set, and I have a time period in mind. Please try to bid only if you are within the budget! Thank you in advance for your bids.
I need the blog section to be strictly for the admin.
Portfolio will stay as is
Users will submit content ONLY to the portfolio. (As of right now they can submit content to the blog section and the portfolio)
Portfolio will have the same filters as is, but users will also be able to sort based on popularity and newest items.
My likes can only display 8 items, we need the see more option

I would like to form to be able to have the features from the images that I have uploaded where users can use HTML links to submit content in a similar way.
The images need to be sized better, but I have the code for that so I can send it to you. I saw the code on their support forum.
Id like a front page login. One for the female and one for male.
When an image is clicked in the portfolio, can we load it in the same section, "The portfolio section" instead of redirecting them to another page. This would be the ultimate part that I would implemented, as well as the additional content submission that I have mentioned above.
My posts needs to be Grid Style
Issues: When the heart is clicked for a category (which is actually in the blog section right now) it redirects the user to another page. Id like the user to stay on the page unless they click the image just like in the portfolio section.
Lastly, I will need a disclaimer displayed when people are submitting content
