Must be fimilar with Joomla Component Development, expert with HTML5 and JAVASCIPT to generate Trend Chart and grab out info from DATABASE ( You may use Opensource lib for developing http://www.cnblogs.com/lhb25/archive/2011/04/12/1964343.html
(In this project, you need to converse ready made flash to htmls or javascript also)
