You are expert in JQuery, JS, ExtJS, PHP and mySQL. I will test your skills under an hourly contract to determine if you are fast enough, talented enough and dedicated enough to work on my team. You must be able to work 40+ hours a week. The more the better. Some of my coders work 70 or 80 hours a week. After 400 contracts on vWorker, I have some requirements you need to follow if we are to work together long term: I do agile (rapid) development, so substantial explanations BEFORE starting coding are a waste of time. We will be in constant contact AS you develop. You can ask me questions any time AS you are developing. Agile development MEANS constantly changing requirements - do not write one huge application - write smaller modules and plugins so that when you rewrite you can do so sustainably. Only have one config file where database and other constant information is held. Set your hourly rate at your long term (12 month) rate and keep to it, forget about bonuses. Do not start with a low hourly and increase it when you think you cannot be replaced. I see this as "financial terrorism". I will cancel your contract immediately if you act in this way. Do not ask for bonuses either - your real bonus is my long term commitment to you at your hourly rate. You want bonuses, I will start looking for a coder to replace you. If you do good work we continue. I am only interested in long term 12 month+ engagements. If we work together successfully and I give you new work that you cannot effectively do, let me know. I have other work I can give you. I am very dedicated to my coders. I will continue working with you if I can find a way to do so. Let me know your skills and I will give my test to shortlisted coders.
