Facebook OpenGraph API - Photo Tagging & Upload

Project Description:
I have an established website with quite a powerful photo tagging system for social photos on our website.

This tagging application includes Facebook OpenGraph API integration, and will give people the ability to tag themselves (as well as friends) and also give them the option to upload the photo to their Facebook in an album created by the application.

I now require somebody to take this code to the next step and develop the code so that it also tags the photo on the Facebook end as well as on my website.

I have attached the current API command that is used to save the photo from my website to the users Facebook profile, but this will need to be edited to also tag the photo that is uploaded using the OpenGraph API.

I believe this could be an easy piece of work but I just have not been able to figure it out.

Any help will be appreciated.
