Project Description:

I need a site design done in ;ess than 12 hours. The max bid will be $50 with more consideration going to lower bids. The design is for a free/upgrade to paid hosting service. I need to be able to edit the design when it is complete. Should use css and be a clean looking design. I do not want distractions on the page. It needs to be kept simple yet get my point accross. Selected team will make 2-3 layouts and i will give feedback, and then a final design should be submitted.
