Project Description:
I require a programmer with good knowledge of wordpress, PHP and preferably the Thesis theme to fix an existing php quiz.
Please note the quiz only cost me $90 on freelancer and I am only looking for changes or additions to existing code to fix the quiz and improve functionality.
I have a PHP quiz placed on the following page. It uses the same theme as my blog: http://www.childs-iq.com/tests/quiz.php?
The quiz is NOT on a wordpress post or page. It just uses the same theme and layout as my blog.
PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS WITH THIS PROJECT TO GET AN IDEA OF HOW THE QUIZ FUNCTIONS WITH MY WORDPRESS THEME.
Unfortunately now that the quiz uses the same theme and layout as my blog the quiz no longer displays results. After a user clicks FINISH TEST and CHECK YOUR ANSWERS it should provide the results of the test. There appears to be some kind of problem maintaining state. It may be caused by a conflict with a plugin, not sure.

As you can see it works.
I require the following:
1. Ensure the test displays the results correctly as seen on the quiz before integration
2. I would like all the buttons on the test centered as seen on the original quiz.
3. Please provide plenty of communication and notes. I would like to know what is causing the problem and how you plan to tackle it.
