(all files must be submitted with completed project in ZIP format)
2- Modify Template/Popup with Logo/Content/Images (complete and ready)
3- Include PHP Contact Form
4- Minor content modifications as necessary thru completion.
5- Budget is limited however project is PRIORITY STATUS.
6- Freelancer Agreement required prior to project commencement.
7- Fairly new to this site so pointers are appreciated.

8 - Additional projects needing assistance, must be professional and proficient.
9 - Portfolio examples required.

CLARIFICATION: Content is available and simply ready to "copy and paste"

IMPORTANT: Due to Template Monster Regulations I was informed that in this circumstance the template must be purchased by the designer (you as the winning bidder) and then upon completion of design, sold to the buyer (myself) I will of course include the charge of $59.00 for the template purchase, I do things by the book avoiding any legal difficulties down the road.
