For people living in HCM (Vietnam) - Rental website with php (+MVC framework)

Hello programmers! I am going to start a project for rental apartments and rooms. I am also programmer, but it will be my first project with an MVC framework, so I prefer to count with an expert with me. I will travel to Ho Chi Minh City on March 13th, so we can meet and talk about how to collaborate together. Requeriments / experience: * PHP, javascript (preferably jQuery), Ajax + one of these PHP Frameworks: yii or kohana (other PHP frameworks could be considered) Will be consider a plus if you know: Twitter bootstrap I have another project in mind, so if the work is good, I will probably give you more in the near future.
