Google Keyword Tool Scraping [REPOST]

Project Description:
I need a script that can access the Keyword Tool from Google found at adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
basically I need a function that I can call like this:

getKeywordData($keyword)

and return an array wih this data from the google keyword tool for the keyword passed by the $keyword:

globa/local search
Competition level
estimated average CPC (you can see this on the "traffic estimator" tool in the same page of the keyword tool)

Note: I don't want a tool that require adwords pay-per-use APIs, but something that can scrape directly the data I need
