10 Hours of PHP/MySQL/AJAX Work

Need a professional coder that knows their way in PHP/MySQL/AJAX to work for around 10 hours with our senior programmers to finish the codings on our website.

The tasks involves simple form design and implement AJAX onto the form.

The php part involes inserting/deleting entries in MySQL database and create a cron php page that monitors remote server status using PING/GET/PREG_MATCH.

The tasks should easily be completed within 10 hours from a competent programmer.
