We're an online payment gateway and we recently relaunched our website with a new, modern design. We offer a a certain service to charities (discounted rates and a hosted page) to accept donations with us. This part still needs to be redesigned to fit the new website's style.

I created a mockup (one in Balsamiq, one in Photoshop) of what I imagine it to look like. Your input with regards to design would be much appreciated. We've got three developers to assist with the back end.
The index needs to include a map of South Africa that is clickable (so people can search for charities in their province), there should be a dropdown for area, charity type and a search bar and a few other things such as "how to get listed" and "popular charities".
