Install Magento and develop 'shop by look' Magento Extension

Project Description:
1) Install Latest version of Magento (We prefer to be installed on amazon AWS - but also use our dedicated server)
2) Design the website to have 'look and feel' like http://blockoutclothing.com.au/
3) develop a generic Magento extension to enable a 'shop by look' like this one: http://www.runningbare.com.au/Heartbreaker-Singlet_378.aspx
This is basically a configured products of configured products (Magento only support configured of simple) - so it will enable the buyer to add more than one SKU to the cart in one click


All work must be documented and according to Magento standards.
