Project Description:
I have an osCommerce website that I am unable to get the international shipping to work.

I need a module that will charge everyone outside the USA $35 for shipping, based upon the Country they select at account signup.

I also have some minor JS debugging that I can't figure out. I am a web developer of 15 years, just hate debugging stuff.
