We're after an experienced JOOMLA website developer team with Graphics, Flash and Database experience.
The site is NOT a complex one however you should NOT APPLY if your team does not have JOOMLA based websites previously developed available to show as samples of your work.
Must have experience creating CUSTOMISED TEMPLATES for Joomla, not simple rehash of existing one.
We are looking for a turn-key solution and not just a TEMPLATE and not just a PSD file or CSS.
