Project Description:
I need help creating 1 Fabrik form for a Joomla 2.5 site to start and then have various others if this goes well.
The form needs to be various pages and needs format changing for both the front-end and the submission email sent to the company.
I want JS pop up depending on selections made during form entry
This would not be a big project for someone who knows what they are doing. Please DO NOT bid if you do not have Fabrik form samples YOU have created to show me. This project should only take 1 day. I have started it already.
As stated before if you do what you say you can then there will be plenty more work.
