Joomla 2.5 Multi-user Simple reaction game Component

I'd like to build a component similar to this one [login to view URL] This is a reaction game, when the green light turns to red the user must click in the area. Then user's response time appears. My component want to have the following functions: backend: a component that allows me to add a new game every day in which the users can participate. I'd like to have the option to set the start time of the game and the end time. In this time interval the green button goes to red in unexpected time, so the users must stay in front of their screens to see the change. All the users that has participate to the game will have the chance to click the red area and their responses time will be added to a table in the database in order to find the speediest click and won the game. frontend: the component allows the users that are logged in to participate to a game. for example a user logs in to joomla and finds an available game for today. After participation in that specific game the user should see the details of the game starting time, duration of the game, other participants and a description of the game. When the users are in front of their screens under the green button a table should appear after the game is over with the results and whose the faster clicker. The idea is when a user won 10 games he/she won a special gift from our site. The javascript for this game can be send it to you. Thank you in advance.
