I need a subscription based live chat application developed that has all of the features of the following sites:

In addition to the standard live chat features, the application must:
Support multiple different package levels (like the above websites).
Automatically create user accounts.
Set up payment process via API
Add basic client page within the log in area that allows users to see payments, submit a support ticket, change payment method, and upgrade their package.
Allow people to create a limited trial account and then upgrade it to a paid account.
Have an open API structure so that it connects to popular applications like ZenDesk,
