Magento For My Shopping Cart

Project Description:
I need someone who is expert in PHP and experience with Magento shopping cart.

I have a small shopping cart: http://onemvgiftshop.com/

I need you to create/find a very simple template for my shopping cart. Please make it simple for the user because most of my customers are not very good with shopping online.

1)Create or find a simple magento template for my shopping cart – Try to find similar as my current shopping cart.

2)Put all my items/price/description into magento shopping cart/ export all my stuff into Magento shopping cart

3)I need you to add option for buying my item. If the user buys more than 1 quantity of the same item, then will get discount.
Example:

1 qty - $10
3 qty - $7.50
6 qty - $5

4)Payment options –

Allow to send money order/check
Allow to send through paypal
Allow to send through Google checkout
Allow to send offline credit card payment

5) Tutorial me how to use this shopping cart – How to add item, how to set up payment, how to edit the qty for item prices, etc.
