Magento Job for gift shop (physical gifts )

I need a magento modification job done and have a very tight deadline. My requirement is actually this : The site is a gift shopping e-commerce site(physical gifts, no e-cards or virtual gifts) . The difference of this site is you can only send a single item to a single person in one shot. So we don't require a standard cart mechanism (add to cart, view cart , checkout). when user decides which gift to send he/she would click to "Send Gift" and type the adress of reciever (if the adresses can be saved as favourite it would be great) , selects the shipping and pay (payment will be with credit card and a mobile payment gateway). I thought magento modification would be easier. However if you have better ideas please share with me and we can go with that. After this project there will be a facebook application version of this, just keep in mind , this is not a priority at this time.
