Project Description:
This website checkout should have functionality similar to airbnb.com. It should be coded in Magento and should have the following functionality:
After the customer clicks the Book It button found on a listing's page, he should be able to review his reservation details from the checkout page:
1. Include a message to your host
2. The Listing
3. Your Trip
4. Additional Required Information
5. Payment options
6. Policies

After the customer submits his reservation request, an email should be sent to the host asking him to either confirm or reject the booking. Simultaneously, an email shall be sent to the customer letting him know of whether his booking has been confirmed or rejected. If the booking is confirmed, an email should be sent to the host containing all the reservation details including the guest contact details. The customer will too be receiving an email confirming his reservation with his host contact details.
Reservations should also appear on the host/customer dashboard.
The contractor must be familiar with how the booking websites work and interrelate.
If you do not know front- and backend website development, or magento, then please do not bid on this project.
