Project Description:
I need an email blast to 500K + daily email addresses mainly from "yahoo", "hotmail", "live", "gmail", etc... the delivery of these emails must be at least 90%+ to the INBOX!
- Must be able to review and modify HTML email and give advice to lower "SPAM SCORE" of email creative.
- You need to be white-listed. Your account/ISP etc. can not be considered a spammer.
- Provider must be experienced and be able to use Asia Pacific Non Blacklisted IP's and Servers.
- MUST PROVIDE AN OPT OUT WITHIN THE EMAIL.
- Emails MUST go to the inbox and NOT to the junk or spam folders.
- If done properly so all emails reach the inbox this campaign should last
- You should be able to provide reports, including opened, read, bounced, click-through's, etc.

Develop an Email Delivery Manager with the Requirements below:
- Either by given a single IP or a group of IPs to deliver email to a list of given recipients.
- Must be able to review and give suggestions to email content to increase successful inbox rate.
- Provide a countable speed of delivery to fine tune the email delivery rate.
- Acceptable delivery rate to see the possible massive bulk of emails onto the Inbox of email recipients.
- The given recipients are gmail, hotmail, yahoo and other free mail accounts etc.
