Modify PHP GD Libray script

We have a php GD script that enables uploaded images to be saved in a directory and pulled from it by a dropdown select box then merged on top of uploaded background images. It can be seen here [url removed, login to view]
We need a few minor modifications to our script that we will supply to the winning bidder
#1 It needs to fit into osCommerce based store -- admin/[url removed, login to view] file or as a popup to that file so that when someone edits a product the background image is pulled from the database as the product image.
The script already has a upload or drop down select for the merging images
#2 When the uploaded or saved image is called for merging, it needs to be automatically resized to around 15% of original size and all white background needs to be removed
#3 after merging the images the new image needs to be written to the database as the product image .
All the above will be done using Javascript, php and the GD library
We expect this to not take more than a few hours to complete. So we are allowing the bidding for 2 days with a 2 day window for completion or less if you can do it.
Monies will be put into escrow and delivered upon completion of a bug free script along with all source files.
We will be needing more work done in the future. So hopefully we will find a quality programmer here the 1st time
