I have a very easy job. I just need to get two feedback forms programmed. I would like for them to be in PHP. The captcha feature needs to work. Also, the forms need to remain simple enough so that I could upload them to any website, change the design, subject line, email and thank you page. Again, I want to stress that I will be uploading copies of the forms to multiple websites and as I do this I want it to be easy to use dreamweaver to change the design, subject line, email and thank you page. I will provide my website login information to who wins the bid.
