I already have a business logo and product pictures.

I am now looking for someone to build me a website that looks and functions similar to ezyhealthfood.com (PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LOOK THIS WEBSITE UP BEFORE OFFERING), I want different headers shapes and only 8 products on it. I want to sell a small range of products too start with, but I want to easily add more later.

A reliable shopping cart is needed, linking to paypal with credit card and paypal as options.

The website needs to be available to national and international retail customers and also have a wholesale function for businesses to log in and purchase under wholesale (similar to this layout and function as this website: http://www.omicaorganics.com/index.php?cID=122) (THIS IS IMPORTANT), REMEMBER wholesale customers purchase under a different set of pricing from the retail customer.
*Wholesale pricing must only be available once the account is approved on our end, the wholesale pricing is to ONLY be visible to approved wholesale members.

The website is to have a recipe section (food making instructions with videos) (similar layout to sunwarrior.com.au/protein-powder-recipes.php) I will be posting up youtube videos of our cheif making new food recipes. * Video windows must stay on the website to watch through the website, not leave it to go to youtube.

I already own the domain.

I will need someone to quote me on hosting lower than $10 per month.

I would like to use a reliable and excellent CMS.

Its a small business just started, so small budget of $250 for this Job.
