Please, Read Carefully before Bid: This is a very, very easy project. The whole application/script/software is already installed on our server. All I need is a new/change the existing SMS gateway for a 100% FREE International SMS Gateway.
We need a Bulk SMS International Gateway/SMS Gateway with unlimited FREE SMS Bulk service with virtual numbers/long code numbers or Short code number. So, I am looking for a 100% FREE SMS Gateway; I am not will paid nothing for send or receive SMS. We need the entire job done in 7 days or less. Have to provide us the source code.

Also, I need to create another kind of Administrators, BUT with no so many features as the Master Admin and that Kind of new Admin can change the logo for his own logo company and/or company name.
