Need help fixing drop down issue on my Website

Project Description:
I have an existing website with an admin to control the addition and deletion of items. When adding new items I sometimes have sizes that jumble, not going in the order that I need. I need a way to sort the sizing in the admin so that it reads well on the front end. I would also like it if you had the ability to do periodic changes to my home page of the website. Updating photos, changing my logo to an updated version, reworking the Newsletter sign up area to be more eye catching. The size issue is the main focus first and what should be bid on. If that goes well, then we can work through some of the other things listed here, and others as they come up.
