Project Description:
We need a phpBB or similar forum with the following features:
Users will be able to join for free.
They can not post threads until they become a full member.
They can reply to threads only 5 times.
They can also only send 3 PM messages before they have to pay a monthly fee to become a full member.
If you can implement this so that automatically after 3 Private Messages or 5 reply to threads they have to become a paying member this is what we need.
It must all be done automatically within the system.
