Project Description:
Hi,
We need low cost website for real estate agency. Preferable in Joomla.
Design should be similar to http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/20771.html template.
Main functionality:
--- adding new item to db.
--- searching items from DB
--- items should have types(hot, urgent)
--- multi language support
--- subscription for news
--- news section
--- one section for describing preferred item( this should be simple text form where visitor filling about his requirements and sending info to server)
--- links section
All above functionality should be managed through Joomla admin panel.
All other functionality will be discussed with candidate who will be chosen.
Preferred candidate should qualify:
1. Good html/css/php joomla skills.
2. Should has examples of similar works
3. English communication skills
4. available 8 hours a day to communicate
Candidates who has similar works done will have advantage.
