Project Description:

1. Fix the multiplier to work with the new shipping modules

2. Do not show international shipping option for orders inside the USA

3. When someone orders paper pack(s) only inside the usa, offer only Standard Ground Shipping at 1.10/pack

4. When someone orders paper pack(s) only outside the USA, return a shipping price of $30 per pack.

5. Disable requiring an email address to check out.

6. In the shipping address fields, make residential/commercial a drop down menu.

7. In the shipping address fields, make United States the default country
