Project Description:
I'm looking for someone to work on developing a project for me. It will be for uploading photos and arranging them into montages and as individual portrait styles. The program needs to have all the features of these 2 example sites below, and should be easy to use for anyone coming to the website. I need the code/program inserted into a web page that I will provide. I will pay whatever price you want after the program has been tested and proven to work okay. You might need to make a few changes or adjustments before it is finalized. Here are 2 websites that have similar programs, and I want my one program to do everything that these two programs do.

Please note: I don't need any of the videos, just one program that can do the photo upload, arranging etc, and sending to a recipient so the order can be processed.
