Project Description:
I have a domain name which I need to use as a main portal to redirect to a large number of agent sites.
I need to create a simple popup box (like a shadowbox popup) that will have a text field to enter the promo code (123456) and a submit button. When the user enters the promo code, the site simply needs to redirect to the appropriate URL.
Please create it in a form that can be adjusted later or implemented again on another domain. I can edit html, php, or any code that you can build as long as it is commented to show which variables should be changed.
