Put Website Design in Drupal 6 Template

Project Description:
We have a website at http://pearlofaesthetic.com

The basic design (without the java script effects you see when changing the page) needs to be put in a Drupal template. front_page.tpl.php should look like current homepage. Text in 4 langauges can be hardcoded in php arrays for now.

page.tpl.php should look like a normal site. Optionally with 2 columns.

This is an urgent job, but we'll pay well if it's done this weekend.
