that contains both free quizzes and subscription quizzes that can be paid for in a secured area using Paypal Pro
-roles:visitors,tecahers,students and admins
-Users will have the ability to access these quizzes for a set time frame choosen by the Admin
-Anyone can create quizzes, anyone can suggest an edit to a quiz that goes to the admin for approval.
-Teachers can create quizzes then add students to their class.
-Students can search for Teachers and add them to their lists of Teachers and take quizzes assigned by the teacher.
-Quizzes can be set to be timed or not
-the users statics are tracked in order to view progress and detect areas of weakness.
-students can cretae flash cards
-flash cards and quizes are assigned to categories
-all quizes,conetnt,students and tecahers can be serached
-admin can move any quiz to free or subscription based quizes.
-users can buy these quizes and should be able to buy more then one quiz in one chcekout
-option to be able to create a blank reference page between quiz questions to help the test takers learn using rich text editor with possibility to embed media
-Important: The website must have static url and be compatible with all browsers and also be viewable in Ipad/Iphone.

a)The design of all pages will be provided in jpg and html format
b)the rich text editor will be 3rd party and will again be provided with sample embeded demo page.
