Radio Button Activates Input Field

Radio Button Activates Input Field SCENARIO: There is a webpage with 1) form 2) set of three radio buttons 3) three text fields with varchar(25) 4) submit button. I want the user to be able to update only one of three text fields. The set of radio buttons are there only to activate which selected input field should be updated. The radio buttons will not input any value into the database. Update server behavior will only include the three text fields. This project is probably just needing alittle JavaScript ???.... your decision.
