Hello,
I want a php script (easy to extend in future), that can connect to a RealChat chat server (definable from config within script) and act as a bot (http://www.realchat.com/) simple commands: !kick <username> , !freeze <username> and a !slap <username> , these will be custom actions that can be defined in php.

You must be able to define who can control it. (ie: their nickname and/or IP)
