Project Description:
I am looking to start a website similar to Reddit with the up/down voting mechanism and other relevant features including, but not limited to, creating user accounts, having user profiles, posting comments, posting/sharing links, and creating subtopics (subreddits) within the site.

Basically, the core of the website will be similar to Reddit but with a different and unique interface.

I need someone who knows about Reddit, and is able to understand the algorithm behind its code. Aside from developing this site, I also need its design to have a simple, sleek, and attractive interface - we can communicate later on what this would be.

Reddit's source code is open-sourced and is written in Python. So, knowledge of Python is a plus because using bits of Reddit's code will speed up things greatly. And even if you are not planning to develop my website in Python, I believe understanding Reddit's code will make life easier.

We will be communicating a lot about the development of the website so I would prefer someone with excellent communication skills.

Please let me know of any qualifications or experience that you have that you believe will be a great asset towards developing this website. Let me also know if you have any questions or if you need anything to be clarified. Talk to me.
