Project Description:
The HCDP scholarship application is a completed, tested application which we have used before successfully. We run that in round R3 of our scholarship application, now we are about to use the application for R4 but some changes has been made to its original criteria. We are looking for a developer to implement these changes so we can make use of the application for this round as well.
The concept of the application based on R3 is attached. This will give you a good view how the application is built.
Now I looking to implement some changes in initial requirements of this application. Which is covered in the word document attached. I attach R3 and new R4 requrements so you can compare what was built and what we want to change. The file are simply step by step take you through the changes.
You will need to idetify the function for this stages in the existing R3 code (see: Calculator_Code_HCDP_R3_SCORRE_V6.doc) and make changes to suite the new R4 (see: Calculator_Code_HCDP_R4_SCORRE_V1.doc) of the application. A PDF file shows how the calculator workes, but when you win the project we will give you access to existing application to work one it.
We need to have a complete report of the application (extracr from the DB) into a Excel file. This can be all related data to applicants in excel row.
This project is simple task, update couple functions of existing application. You are required to a well experienced AJAX, PHP, MYSQL developer with good record.
