Project Description:
When customer is put in the system for the first time you will input A thru H fields, to create profile.
Once customer is already in the system we just look for customer and fill in i thru k fields and open a ticket
Need to have search feature for fields on all pages
Form fields:
a) First Name
b) Last Name
c) Phone number
d) email address
e) Called or Walk in (check box)
f) Member or Casual user (check box)
g) Member ID
h) Bike Pass or Last 4 credit card
i)Issue or problem (text field)
j) Resolution (text field)
k) Notes (text field)
1) user attached name
2) date and time stamp of when ticket was open
3) date and time stamp of when ticket was closed
Close ticket (check box) (if still working with customer and hasn't been resolved ticket will stay open and will be in open ticket page)
