Goal: Plugin to insert Panoramio images gallery in wordpress posts, using Panoramio Widget API

I really don’t need a lot of functions and can live well without an admin interface.
But, I need it to be very robust and to look good, so please show me why I should choose you based on your previous works with php, wordpress, javascript and plugin development.
For you to have an idea I need something like this plugin here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/panoramio-images/
but that works...
The Plugin Will be tested and must work in Wordpress 3.0.5 and 3.1 (Beta).
For someone used to develop for wordpress this should be very fast to deliver, since panoramio provides a library with everything needed to retrieve data and to display the gallery.
The look and feel (different colors will be required!) that I want is close to the one shown in attached file.

Brief description
This plugin allows a set of Panoramio images to be selected and associated with a given post. When the post is viewed a gallery of images with a thumbnail selector is shown to the user.
Selection of Images can be made based on a selected area (central point coordinates + distance) or by directly providing a list of ImageID/userID. In the case of selected area, you will have to transform it in a square to use the API.
Selection of Images is made through the use of custom fields in posts (the input parameters). The gallery is only displayed if one of the fields has information AND if there are pictures to show.
The parameters used for displaying the gallery and for image selection are those available in the API and can be configured directly in the beginning of php plugin file (set of variable assignments that are afterwards used in code). No admin interface is needed.
I Don’t need all the parameters available in the API to be available in the plugin. So, you need to suggest which ones make sense to make available as parameters. If you don’t define this, it is assumed that all Panoramio widget API (javascript) will be supported as parameters by the plugin.
The plugin will be called as a PHP function directly from word press templates.
Javascript integration will not affect other plugins (read carefully wordpress manuals on how to use javascript)
The plugin must insert copyright messages and link images to Panoramio , as described in the TOS of the API.
