Project Description:
I'm looking for a programmer to assist with customizing a "social engine" developed web site. Specifically integrating a new home page design to an existing social engine website. The selected programmer will:
1. Write clean and compliant xhtml coding for the specific home page design

2. Add coding for an "image carosel" (a series of images that dynamic rotate and link to other content)

3. Convert the home page into a 'smarty' template for use inside of the social engine admin area.

4. Modify any/all CSS files, so that all other sub pages have the same consistent colors, fonts, borders, etc.

Must be experienced with social engine platform, Smarty, working with CSS, fast and accessible via skype / yahoo chat.
