Project Description:
I am looking for a freelancer to develop a small Facebook application called "Spin the Wheel" as a promotion tool for our Facebook page. Users get a chance to spin the wheel and win a price "Spa package" once they subscribe to our Facebook page.
One the wheel is turned and nothing is won, the same application also should prompt users to enter their information to participate in a draw for a bigger price.
