Project Description:
Hi.
I am looking for a system developer who can plan, design, test, develop and deploy well working and well designed webapplications based on a short description from my company.
The webapplications will be used and sold to my customers after a successfull live test period by my company.
Currently we have alot of ideas that we want developed, but we do not have enough time to do the designing and development ourself. This is why we are looking for an company who have the following qualifications:
1) Work based on a short idea, and come up with suggestions both of design and functionality based on word and photoshop images that the developer presents to us. When approved, develop the ideas into a sellable product in our product portfolia.
2) Work full days, on a monthly basis. IF this is a success, we will work very long with eachother.
3) Excelent in php, javascript, mysql, photoshop, ajax and css and can develop code with the use of classes, have the ability and want to document the development. Database model is mandatory for every application.
4) Is talented and have the ability to come up functionality by himself. (so that we do not have to specify everything to the smallest detail).
5) You can work independently and together with us.
6) Understand the meaning of a deadline, and have the ability to produce under a deadline.
What do we expect from you:
1) We expect you to have all the qualifications above.
2) We expect you to make a bid on your monthly rate. Not your daily rate. Monthly rate, what you expect to get payed for a months work. This would be: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. One month usually is 4 weeks. So we expect 160 hours every month.
3)That you have a skype account and can talk to us during our hours when agreed. This will be in the time frame between 17:00 - 22:00 norwegian time.
4) That you are honest and truthful, both to us as a client and to the work you perform.
5) Payment at the end of each full month.
6) A contract will be prepared, and you will need to sign it. This contract will state that you are working for us on a monthly schedule at a fixed monthly rate, and that everything you develop is our property and we are free to sell this to our clients.
7) You send us an invoice every month before payment.
8) That you report time spent on a dayly and monthly schedule.
9) That you have good english skills, both oral and written.
What can you expect from us:
1) Payments on time as agreed.
2) The freedom to work at your own timezone, except when discussing projects on the phone with us using Skype.
3) The freedom to take other freelancer work for other clients if you want, where those project do not affect our work.
We want the system developer to start as soon as possible. But we must take the time to find the right person.

Hi everybody.
Unfortunately I just got the flu, and are sick at the moment. I will continue work on this project as soon as I am well again. Sorry for the delay, but I need to stay in bed until I am well again.
