Project Description:
Need TTS ( Text to Speech ), console app to speech ( create the mp3 file ) for the the given text -
No database connection, No user interface, No GUI, just the plain TTS = create an MP3 file.
Must run on linux Must use Portuguese - Brazil
Its going to be used under a webserver-apache, so it must create the MP3 file
To validate the TTS we will supply a few lines to TTS
ps: we are open to discuss any other solution to create the MP3 file

If you ( coder ) can proceduce a MP3 file for this given text i'll consider you as a winner

ps: the program / script must receive any given text ( max 150 chars - very short text ) and produce a MP3 file

ps2: it would be very, very interesting to have options for the voice ( male, female, ... )
