Project Description:
This project will only be awarded to Freelancers who bid and PM example of other applications they have completed in Salesforce and or Twilio.
Looking for a developer to complete the following:
1. Using Twilio & OpenVBX, develop a browser softphone application using Twilio's powerful API that allows users to take calls, put callers on hold with music and transfer callers. The application will allow agents to record notes on the call.
2. Create a Queue in OpenVBX that sends callers from IVR to Queue and then to the browser application for an agent to answer the call
3. Integrate our Twilio account with Salesforce.com
When caller calls our Twilio account if the CallerID matches a callerID of a client/lead or account in Salesforce the caller should be greeted by name.
When caller reaches the browser based phone a screen pop will show the agent the # of the caller, name, and provide a link to the Salesforce record.
When agent records notes on the call into the browser phone application those notes will be synced to Salesforce and an entry will be made on the contact record of the caller.
Also, the Call Date, Time, Duration of the Call and a link to the recording in Twilio will be created in the contact's record in Salesforce.
If the Caller ID does not match a record in Salesforce then a link to create a new lead or new contact will be provided.
