Complete form on index-4.html page of website using all of jquery, php, html:
I need some modifications made to the form:
1. Return of mail to site visitor (similar to an email auto-responder)
2. The contents of return email must be editable be sent in a basic format as per the example to be provided:
3. A variable CC email recipient to where form results are sent to. It be on an external page (jquery) and be accessed by 'id' from the html-form.
Small job if you know what you are doing and understand the requirements correctly.
